The above mentioned has been carefully raised under all possible sanitary conditions within our home. All of our puppy breeds are kept under regular veterinary care. We’re declaring of best of our knowledge that the above mentioned puppy is in excellent health and is guaranteed free from all communicable disease as well as parasites. The said puppy is also of sound temperament, and is guaranteed against behavior atypical to the breed under all favorable conditions.

We are also declaring that all our puppies are veterinarian checked, de-wormed, and vaccinated. We will provide the buyer a copy of said puppy’s medical history document that includes its parental information and vaccination and de-worming report. The buyer is also instructed to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) days from date when Buyer assumes custody of Puppy.
In such examination, if the veterinarian finds the puppy to be medically unsound as to demand return, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller. On that condition the Puppy shall be returned at the expense of the Buyer to the Seller, provided by the condition that the puppy is accompanied by a hand-written and duly signed statement by said veterinarian of all findings. In which case, we are bound to replace the purchased Puppy with another puppy of equal value if one is available.

Any other future claims that are made against this establishment, which is based upon the subsequent developments of pathological nature that can be traced to genetic abnormality, shall be evaluated based upon the dogs resulting physical inability to continue to serve the purpose for which the puppy was adopted.

We are a breeder of Morkies, Maltepoo, Yorkshire, Bichon Poo, Maltese, Poodles, Yorktese and other toy dog breeds. We have exceptionally beautiful and hypoallergenic breeds for sale. We are not a puppy mill and we don’t store huge amount of puppies. Quality is more important than quality to us. We do not have cheap prices as we do not mass produce. Comparing to the others our puppy breeds and adult dogs are great in look and size and the beauty of our puppies stands out in a crowd.
